To me, one of the great pleasures in life is a road trip. Driving around the back roads of America, meeting locals, trying different regional foods (it’s amazing how different one part of the country can be from another) and generally exploring our wonderful country can be a real treat. And one of my favorite subjects to photograph on my trips are what I refer to as the “Sentinels of the Great Plains”, the grain storage elevators that stand guard over America’s bountiful fields. I picked out a few of my favorites, with more to come. And please sign up for Newsletter for updates and free give-aways.
